In this quadrant we learn about body awareness and use voice development techniques to create liberation from mental stress.Energizing our Physical Voice through singing, through breathing and posture exercises is liberating and joyful. Explore the invisible aspects of yourself and the different roles and sub-personalities who influence your life using guided meditation and creative writing exercises.For the Mental aspects we work through intellectual cognition, the understanding of the journey and personal discovery.
